This role includes leading critical decisions with cross-functional and leadership teams and requires strong program management skills along with the ability to drive data-based discussions.

The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal skills along with preferred experience in managing a transportation function in a retail or any fast-paced environment.
As a transportation analyst, your role will be to focus on forecasting the last mile, and play a major role in operating our delivery terminals. You will be responsible for implementing daily forecasts that affect tens of thousands of packages. This will be done through the use of tools and coordination within the station. You will be responsible for the cost, customer experience and delivery partner experience. Additionally, you will be effective in developing best practices and standard network work. You will ensure that goals and service deadlines are met, as per regulatory requirements.

Daily forecasts for last mile sites.
Set up robust processes to communicate implementation plans to operations and supply chain teams
Supporting business growth in an environment constrained by economical and innovative solutions
Work to scale up operations at a rapid pace, by identifying and implementing available tools / automation.
Introduce best practices from other geographies / companies to reduce supply chain losses from start to finish
Utilize exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to influence business, operations, and technology audiences
Manage the program and drive decision-making across functional teams and senior leadership
