About the role of Almarai Company Job Vacancy 2021
The Head of Wholesale will be responsible for establishing and growing an active wholesale business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by defining and developing strategic customer focused plans for channel development.
Identify and develop distribution partnerships in order to gain efficiencies and promote sales improvements within the supply chain.
Joint business plans for clients, for both existing clients and new business development. The plans will be built at the client level. Customer plans will help develop annual, 3-year and 5-year channel plans.
Interact with marketing and business units to harness the alignment of business objectives, and to provide timely business and market trends updates to stakeholders within the business.
Create and manage a specific product portfolio with wholesalers, distributors, dealers and consumers in selected local markets by identifying, developing, locating, negotiating and closing business relationships, while maintaining and developing long-term relationships to enhance business opportunities and maximize sales and margin
Requirements For Almarai Company Job Vacancy 2021
The prospective candidate must meet the requirements listed below:
- You have at least 15 years progressive experience in sales and marketing
- Minimum 10 years international experience in wholesale management إدارة
- At least 5 years of leadership, ideally senior management experience in a full-fledged sales business, in a reputable organization in the GCC region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field
- Strong communication in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
